Enquiries about our developments and their surroundings
A conversation that starts with the location
If you live near a development or want to understand how it relates to the surrounding area, help us identify your question with specific information.
Identify the development and the issue
Give the development’s name or a reference that helps us locate it. Explain whether you need general information or whether your enquiry concerns a specific observation about access routes, activities or nearby spaces.
Describe what you observe
Describe the location, approximate date and what happened without including neighbours’ or other people’s personal information. If you have already made an enquiry, include its reference to maintain the context.
- Development name or location reference.
- The topic you would like to discuss.
- Description and date of your observation.
- Contact details for follow-up.
Things to consider
The form is a way to contact Alpen. It does not replace public participation procedures, applications to authorities or emergency services. Questions about files or permits should also be addressed to the relevant authority where appropriate.
Keep your notes and ask how to share additional material if needed. A specific account helps distinguish an information request from a situation requiring review.
Keep exploring

Explain where it occurs and what information or review you are requesting.
