Submit a land opportunity
Let’s learn about the site and your proposal
If you would like to discuss a potential land opportunity, start with its location, features and relationship to the surroundings. A precise description makes the initial conversation easier.
Information for an initial assessment
Provide the province, district, corregimiento if known, and a location reference. Add the approximate area, means of access and a description of the land, distinguishing confirmed information from details that still need to be verified.
Explain your relationship to the property and what you would like to propose: a sale, partnership or another arrangement to discuss. Describe existing services in the surrounding area and any known conditions relevant to assessing the site.
Do not send identity documents, banking details or complete files through the initial form. Share a description and ask about the appropriate channel for providing additional information.
Receiving an enquiry does not imply an interest in purchasing, a valuation or acceptance of the land. Any assessment would require a review of the property’s technical, legal, commercial and planning considerations.
